We’re about 5 weeks from completion! Painting is done. Garage is done. Native plants around the house have established themselves since they were planted in June. What’s next are the countertops (Dekton), tile wainscoting (Milestone Net Zero Ivory), some walnut details (wide windowsills, railing, desk in the office, reading nook), final hardscaping and landscaping (with lots more native plants around the patio and garage), final plumbing, mechanical, and electrical, then appliances and ERV commissioning. It’s exciting to see it coming together!
